I work with organizations (for profit, non-profit, and governmental) to analyze the org and develop metric-driven strategies for effective operations with social and environmental impact built into the DNA. I then implement these strategies and processes within the organization alongside internal teams that steward the org’s evolution.

community Development

Alongside People of the Global Majority I co-design holistic strategies that enhance quality of life and community control of resources. These improvements may include economic opportunities, housing, energy, water, food, transportation, and other community assets. I also provide financing assistance, impact analysis, and business guidance.

product development

I work with organizations to research, test, build, launch, and develop a strategy to maintain and grow a product, service, or initiative focused on a concrete problem. I utilize comprehensive adaptive design science, human-centered design, rapid prototyping, design justice, and regenerative practices to create engaging products.
