Innovation, to me, is the best word to encompass the work that I do. I’ve always been focused on bringing novelty to life, especially novelty that helps to heal and empower historically disenfranchised communities while also regenerating the Earth as a whole.
My preferred medium to achieve that goal is systems. I develop the final, adaptable systems to meet the intended goals with guardrails to continue evolving along with the surrounding world.
Here are some of the equations I use to outline my work:
System = Strategy + Production + Storytelling
Strategy = Empower + Analyze + Plan + Process
Production = Lead + Design + Engineer + Test
Storytelling = Define + Document + Contextualize + Synthesize
